Gathering a Leadership Ethic

Join us for a virtual workshop titled "Gathering a Leadership Ethic". In this workshop you will be introduced to the choices leaders make to guide their approach to projects, people, and themselves: their leader ethic. Many of these choices that we make are unintentional, so one of the objectives of this workshop is to make you more intentional about what you include in your leader ethic. This workshop also ties in the latest research into positive and negative impacts of a leader's ethic and provides tools to develop your personal action plan that reflects your intentional leader ethic.
