International Women in Engineering Day Dinner and Celebration

Come celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) on Sunday, June 25th, 5-7PM at the Rose & Blanc Tea Room in Koreatown, Los Angeles with ASCE LA YMF. Rose & Blanc Tea Room can be found at: 301 S Western Ave #202, Los Angeles, CA 90020.

We'll be celebrating the accomplishments of women in engineering while reflecting on how gendered exclusion often manifests in the classroom and/or workplace. According to the Society of Women Engineers, 24.2% of all engineering degrees were earned by women in 2020, and only 9.6% of all engineering degrees were earned by Women of Color. The event will also include opportunities for networking, professional head shots, scholarship awards, and more.

Dinner is included in the ticket price. The event will be catered with food from the following woman- and family-owned businesses in Los Angeles:
