Monarch Hero Day and Dim Sum Social

Come volunteer with us at Project Monarch LA's milkweed gardens and join us afterwards for a dim sum social.

About the Event
Join us for a volunteer event with Project Monarch LA, as we water, weed, and maintain their Monarch Butterfly Habitats, or gardens full of milkweed and local pollinator plants, that support the reproduction of local monarch butterflies. We will meet at the fire gate of Los Angeles State Historic Park (located at Baker Street and Willardt Street) and walk over to The Habitat together. Remember to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and bring a water bottle and adequate sun protection, such as a hat or sunscreen.
