About the Event
Description: April is Earth Month, so join us for the largest urban river cleanup in America! Each year the Friends of the LA River (FoLAR) along with fellow Angelenos clean the LA River and help protect the ocean from trash and refuse. Last April they mobilized 6,000 volunteers and removed 120 tons of trash. Let’s help FoLAR make 2019 even bigger!
ASCE LA Younger Member Forum and Living Futures LA Water Sub committee are partnering up for this event. We will be mobilizing from Bond Park off of Los Feliz Blvd. Meet us there at 8:30am. Please register to confirm your spot and make sure to check your email! All attendees must register here:
