ASCE MLAB and ASCE LA YMF Statement on the Wildfires across Los Angeles

We are heartbroken by multiple fires and the devastation that has raged across our greater Los Angeles Community. We send our gratitude to all of our first responders and community members who have helped during this time of crisis.

It is times like these when we are reminded of the critical role infrastructure plays in our every day lives. While it may be a long road ahead to recovery we hope to follow ASCE’s tagline of Infrastructure Leaders, Building Communities to help the community at large rebuild.
