Rocket Building with Girl Scouts

Nikki Zulueta, Chloe Gharios and Monica Morales spent a Saturday with two groups of Girl Scouts, a junior group and older group to help them create their very own rocket to launch! A high school rocketry club led the activity and Nikki, Chloe and Monica insured each of the girls built their rockets correctly according to each of the steps provided by making sure they had the correct parts, connected them in the correct way and had enough glue!

The girl scouts were ready to reach for the stars and launch their mini scaled rockets by the end of their activity!
